Adam is a Harvard-trained health economist who has worked for twenty years at the intersection of hospitals, health insurance, government, and research. After receiving his PhD, he worked for Congress helping draft sections of the Affordable Care Act and then for CMS writing some of the original regulations building the Health Insurance Exchanges. From there, he spent five years reporting to CFOs in data analytics roles where he learned that most data vendors need some help showing return on investment. He founded Charm Economics, a boutique health economics consulting firm in 2018.

Dr. Nicholas V. Cagliuso, Sr., is a human services leader and academic of more than 30 years. He is Clinical Assistant Professor and Founding Director of the Master of Science in Public Health Program in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Manhattanville University in Purchase, New York. Dr. Cagliuso also serves as Senior Advisor for Emergency Management at MDB, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based consultancy, where he provides expert insights to help government, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations solve their most pressing challenges. 

Lauren is a health care strategist with over 15 years of experience bridging the gap between policy, research, and business strategy. Lauren has worked in both the private and public sectors where she led efforts on health care policy research and analysis, payment system transformation, and strategic storytelling for health care organizations. She previously held roles with NORC at the University of Chicago, Guidehouse, Sg2, and The Advisory Board. At Charm, she leads the delivery of client projects, while also supporting the strategic growth and scalability of the organization.

Lara is a data-driven, global epidemiologist, mathematical modeler and health economist with over 10 years of experience in public health research, policy analysis, and data science. Lara has worked across government with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, academia, and non- profit sectors translating complex health data into actionable insights to inform federal policy, improve health outcomes, and guide strategic population health programs. In her previous roles, she directed, designed, and executed multidisciplinary health research and policy projects. With a diverse background in data analytics, she focuses on leveraging data and innovation to improve population health.
